The Beaches Democratic Club invites primary election candidates to address its membership at the club’s general meeting on July 21 at the Neptune Beach Senior Center. As this is the final opportunity for candidates to speak before the upcoming primary elections, each candidate will be given approximately five minutes to present their message, followed by a brief question-and-answer session.
